A Special Welcome to Ryan Hughes for KM International Consulting as the 148th Global Partner

It is my pleasure to formally welcome Ryan Hughes to KM International Consulting, joining us through The World Leaders Project.

Ryan is currently pursuing a Porter’s role at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton, where he continues to demonstrate commitment, resilience, and a genuine desire to grow both personally and professionally.

During our conversations, I have seen in Ryan a strong sense of belief, ambition, and passion—qualities that form the foundation of effective leadership. These traits, combined with his willingness to learn and evolve, position him strongly for future leadership responsibilities.

As a visionary World Leader, I believe in recognising potential and supporting individuals who are prepared to invest in their own growth. I have therefore made the decision to support Ryan’s journey and development through KM International Consulting, with a long-term vision of helping him become an effective Leader and, in time, a Spokesperson for KM.
