International Conference on Neurology and Leadership – France, 17th September 2020

International Speaker: Dr & Professor Kuldipak Marwaha

During my presentation at the International Conference on Neurology and Leadership in France, I addressed an audience of approximately 2,000 delegates, highlighting the powerful relationship between human interaction, the psychology of neurology and effective leadership.

My talk explored how the human brain influences our emotions, decisions, behaviour and relationships, and why understanding these psychological and neurological processes is essential for developing exceptional leaders.

I emphasised that leadership is not simply about authority, position or influence. It is about understanding people, recognising human emotions, building trust and creating environments where individuals can achieve their greatest potential.

A central message of my presentation was that, despite continuous technological advancement, meaningful human interaction remains fundamental to successful leadership.

The greatest leaders do not simply understand organisations; they understand the human mind, human behaviour and the importance of human connection.

An important opportunity to share my perspectives on neuroscience, psychology, human development and the future of global leadership.
